Without structure, progress can stall — even with good intentions.

This program exists to provide structure where it’s usually missing.

  • Clinician oversight throughout

  • Defined check-ins and progress reviews

  • Guidance on behaviour, routines, and metabolic stability

  • Monitoring of relevant markers (e.g. A1c, glucose patterns, weight, blood pressure)

  • Adjustment of strategy based on measurable response

 

Support is practical, structured, and medically grounded in the Longevity Design process developed by the clinic.

This program requires:

  • Consistency

  • Openness to adjustment

  • Engagement with agreed strategies

  • Time set aside for follow-up

 

It is not intensive — but it is structured.

Who this program is for

This program is designed for adults who:

  • Have been diagnosed with diabetes or prediabetes

  • Have rising A1c or fasting glucose levels

  • Feel their blood sugar remains unstable despite effort

  • Want structured support alongside their GP care

 

It is not a replacement for medical management.
It is designed to support change between appointments.

How it works with your GP

Your GP remains responsible for your overall medical management, including medication decisions. We can issue prescription if required but we prioritise working with your current doctor

Our role is to:

  • Support behavioural and lifestyle components

  • Monitor trends

  • Provide structured follow-up between visits
